Instituted program to publish and communicate HAP’s IT technology standards on a quarterly basis. The standards content taxonomy, document format and update process was subsequently adopted by the Henry Ford Health System (HAP’s parent organization) to communicate their IT standards.


Established HAP's Architecture Review Board (ARB) governance processes to ensure all new technology designs and IT purchases align with HAP’s IT standards, policies, and strategic direction. Mentored Solution Architects in architecture modeling, conducting technical reviews, and presenting solutions to HAP executives. Facilitator of the bi-weekly ARB meeting.


Smoothed HAP's technology rollouts by enhancing SDLC Deployment Plans to include facility requirements, training needs, organizational responsibilities, and common change-related tasks.


Served as trusted-adviser for 5.5 years to Chrysler Sales and Marketing executives and senior business stakeholders as a founding member of the Web Program Office. Acted as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing organization and development vendors. Translated complex technical concepts into business-oriented advice to aid Chrysler in advancing the capabilities of their high-volume (>70 million visits/year) business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing web sites.
